How does shipping work at Woolwind?

Where can Woolwind products be shipped to?

 

Shipping in Germany:
We ship with DHL. 

Shipping to EU countries and Switzerland:
We ship with DPD.

Shipping outside the EU:
We currently do not ship outside the European Union. However, with the service of Shipito.com they can shop at Woolwind.com from anywhere in the world. Please note that Shipito charges a service fee, which you can check with Shipito beforehand. Here's how it works:

1. You log on to Shipito.com: https://www.shipito.com/en/
   
   
2. At Shipito.com you specify that your goods, purchased in the EU, are to be delivered to its department store in Rastefeld Austria. From Shipito you will receive an Austrian address with which you can shop in the EU.
   
   ATTENTION: We can only ship within the EU! It is imperative that they choose the department store in the EU at Shipito.
   
   
3. Afterwards you can shop at Woolwind.de with your personal Shipito address.
   
   
4. Once your purchase is complete, we will send your order to the Shipito warehouse.
   
   
5. After goods receipt, Shipito will forward your ordered goods from Vienna International Airport (VIE) to your home address.

 

What is the shipping cost?

Free shipping:
From a shopping cart value of 200 euros, shipping in Germany is free of charge. 

Shipping costs:
The shipping costs are calculated according to the recipient country, see table below. All prices include VAT.

 

How much does the return shipment cost?

If you wish to return the goods purchased from us, please enclose the delivery note sent with the shipment or a note with your order number.

 

Return shipment within Germany: 

From a shopping cart value of 200 euros, return shipping within Germany is free of charge. 

If the purchase value is less than 200 euros, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. The prices for return shipping depend on the local shipping company.

 

Return shipment from EU countries, Switzerland and the rest of the world: 

The return shipment outside of Germany is subject to a charge. The prices for the return shipment depend on the local shipping companies.
