How does shipping work at Woolwind?

Where can Woolwind products be shipped?

DHL dpd

Shipping within Germany:
We ship with DHL. 

Shipping to EU countries and Switzerland:
We ship with DPD.

Shipping outside the EU:
We do not currently ship outside the European Union. However, with the service from Shipito.com, you can shop at Woolwind.de from anywhere in the world. Please note that Shipito charges fees for this service, which you can view on their website. Here's how it works:

  1. Sign up with Shipito.com: https://www.shipito.com/en/
  2. Specify to Shipito.com that your goods purchased in the EU should be delivered to their warehouse in Rastefeld, Austria. Shipito will provide you with an Austrian address that you can use to shop within the EU.

    ATTENTION: We can only ship within the EU! It is essential that you select the warehouse within the EU at Shipito.

  3. You can then shop at Woolwind.de using your personal Shipito address.

  4. After completing your purchase, we will send your order to the Shipito warehouse.

  5. Upon receipt of the goods, Shipito will forward your ordered goods from Vienna International Airport (VIE) to your home address.

 

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping:
Shipping is free in Germany for orders with a shopping cart value of 200 euros or more.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the recipient country, see the table below. All prices include VAT.

What are the return shipping costs?

If you want to return the goods you purchased from us, please enclose the delivery note included with the shipment or a note with your order number with the package.

 

Return shipping within Germany: 

Returns within Germany are free of charge for orders with a shopping cart value of 200 euros or more. 

If the purchase value is less than 200 euros, the customer bears the costs for the return shipment. The prices for the return shipment depend on the local shipping companies.

 

Returns from EU countries, Switzerland and the rest of the world: 

Return shipping outside of Germany is subject to a fee. The return shipping costs depend on the local shipping companies.
