Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form

Consumers have a right of cancellation according to the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Woolwind eK, Walter-Gropius-Weg 10, 90513 Zirndorf, Germany, Tel.: +49 170 2119796, Email: [email protected] ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

General information

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to us. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
