How do I wash my tailcoat properly?

Don't worry about washing our tailcoat jacket and trousers.

Place them neatly folded in our washing bag, close it and wash at 30 degrees on the wool cycle without spinning. Use a wool detergent for black clothing. Hang up the jacket and trousers immediately after washing. It is best to hang the jacket on our Woolwind tailcoat hanger and the pants on a trouser hanger so that they can hang out lengthways.

Wrinkles after washing are normal and will smooth out when drying. If any creases remain, you can smooth them out with hot steam or an iron at a low temperature and a cotton cloth.
